The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the organizations cash flow, investments, and financial risk. This role involves monitoring the company’s liquidity position, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash forecasts.
- Analyze cash management and investment strategies to maximize returns.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to treasury operations.
- Evaluate and manage financial risks, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to manage banking relationships.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures.
- Support financial planning and analysis efforts by providing relevant insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Must have 5-7 years of relevant work experience; in treasury management or financial analysis is preferred.
- Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial software.
- Wells Fargo Bank CEO portal (ei Vantage) work experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Understanding financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- This Hybrid position requires that you live within commuting distance from Herndon, VA.
