Tasks
- Execute / oversee operational and back-office tasks related to internation aircraft oversight service and the local sales office
- Support management in maintaining planning, revenue accounting and controlling processes
- Coordinate staff travel to Boeing and Airbus locations incl. duty travel arrangements
- Support management with reporting
- Collect and analyze data on the aircraft manufacturer’s cost of non-quality
- Support the creation of future workload forecasts across global sites
- Utilize internal and external IT tools, incl. SAP, MS Office, and browser-based applications, for relevant tasks
- Promote open communication, a just culture, and quality awareness within the company

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administration or planning function
- High attention to detail and ability to work thoroughly and accurately
- University degree with a focus on either IT, business administration or quality or industrial management
- Fluency in English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for process management, data analysis, and documentation
- Experience with SAP is plus
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to structure, schedule, and plan complex work processes
- High problem-solving attitude
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Proactive mindset with creativity, customer centricity and a continuous improvement approach
