YOUR ROLE AS A: Administrative Officer
Youll be the organizational expert who keeps our department running like a well-oiled machine! As an Administrative Officer, youll manage a variety of day-to-day operations, providing crucial support across administrative, HR, and financial tasks to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
Office Management: Oversee all office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring the workplace is organized and fully functional.
Human Resources Support: Assist with recruitment, onboarding new team members, and supporting employee relations.
Financial Administration: Handle payroll, manage invoicing, and process expense reports with accuracy.
Communication Hub: Coordinate all internal and external communications, acting as a central point of contact for the department.
Event Planning: Take the lead in organizing meetings, conferences, and other departmental events.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
WHO YOU ARE:
Education: You hold a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: You have a proven track record, with 1-2 years of experience as an administrative officer being a clear advantage.
Communicator: You possess a good command of English, both written and spoken.
Discreet: You have a proven ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive departmental information.
Tech Savvy: You have a strong working knowledge of relevant computer software, including Word and Excel.
Team Player: You have excellent interpersonal skills, a great team player mindset, and a strong service-oriented attitude.
