Your Role: Solutions-Focused LeadershipAt PDS Tech Commercial, we’re seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team supporting a global leader in aviation component repair, overhaul, and replacement parts. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, helping define, design, and deliver improvements within a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering for medium-complexity projects using the ApacheOfBiz Platform
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications
Manage requirements considering regulatory, business, and technical needs
Collaborate with Accounting, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to design solutions
Assist in system issue analysis, reporting, and problem resolution
Develop project plans and manage timelines
Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows
Participate in process re-engineering and documentation efforts
Design and execute test plans and scenarios
Conduct structured walkthroughs and facilitate end-user training
Support change management and compliance procedures
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
2 – 5 years of IT/business analysis experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and supply chain processes
Experience in business process analysis and design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Pay Details: $75.00 to $100.00 per hour
