About Your Role
You will be responsible for providing analytical support to the employee experience team(both Employee Engagement and Continuous Listening) with data driven insights and reports on required employee experience aspects. The role ensures that all employee engagements and continuous listening initiatives are developed on the basis of meaningful analysis that support HR objectives and strategy. It is also responsible to develop and maintain KPIs and other relevant dashboards to ensure near-real-time analysis is available for the department to make data driven decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Support Continuous Listening strategy and implementation approach through focus on data and insight in support of the HR employee experience strategy, combining operational and employee voice data from multiple touchpoints.
Design various employee engagement surveys, including the annual QRG employee engagement and pulse surveys to gather and make data insights available to the line management.
Gather relevant data from various resources, identify and rectify errors on inconsistencies in the database.
Manage and analyze data to support business objectives through providing clear insights visualization based on date findings.
Examine data’s patterns and trends to identify opportunities to improve organization efficiency and mitigate potential challenges, allowing the organization to proactively address the concerns.
Track key performance indicators (KPI) and performance metrics to assess success of the internal initiatives.
Conduct periodic research on best practices and emerging trends in the field of data management and visualization and present findings to the line management to maintain a through, up to-date knowledge of leading-edge practices.
Support initiatives, including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), in partnership with line management, to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture.
Collect data and use advanced analytics to generate long-term predictors of employee satisfaction and performance.
Establish and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy.
Enhance users experience by analysing employees behaviour and feedback, leading to more personalized and targeted products or services.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
