PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to support our partner, a global leader in the aerospace industry. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advancing enterprise-wide data governance and quality initiatives, enabling better decision-making and strengthening the foundation for future aerospace innovation.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (4 Months with HIGH PROBABILITY of being extended for another two years.)
Location: Remote ( EST or CST time zones preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (8 AM – 5 PM)
Pay Rate: $80/hour
What You’ll Do
As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will:
Gather, analyze, and document datasets to support data governance initiatives.
Build artifacts for the Data User Community under the guidance of the Data Catalog Program lead.
Document business glossary terms and definitions for master data elements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data governance objectives.
Assist with data catalog and Master Data Management (MDM) project deliverables.
Collaborate seamlessly with data governance, IT, and business teams to enhance data quality and accessibility.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP tables, structures, and business processes.
Ability to parse SQL view definitions and document calculated fields.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Data Catalog tools.
Experience with data analysis, data profiling, and process improvement.
Familiarity with MS SharePoint or Teams collaboration sites.
Background in change management.
People-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

Pay Details: $80.00 per hour
