PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Data Insight Analyst to support cutting-edge production engineering operations. In this role, you will ensure accuracy and compliance of critical data packages that directly impact aerospace manufacturing and mission success. Your detail-oriented expertise will help drive efficiency, quality, and reliability across engineering processes.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (6 Months)
Location: Linthicum, MD 21090 (Onsite, Baltimore/BWI Facility)
Schedule: 1st Shift (5/40); 9/80 schedule may be considered
Starting Pay : $29.77 per hour
What You’ll Do
As a Data Insight Analyst, you will:
Review production engineering data packages against documented requirements, drawings, purchase orders, and space application standards.
Collect and process supplier data packages from the receiving department.
Scan, upload, and maintain accurate digital records in system repositories.
Approve or flag data packages for corrective action.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
Apply problem-solving skills to identify errors, gaps, or risks in documentation.
Contribute to maintaining data integrity in support of aerospace production operations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree minimum.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills with ability to follow processes start to finish.
Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or missing data.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 2+ years of related experience.
1+ year of experience in document/data review.
Familiarity with 6-part drawing formats and military specifications.
Knowledge of EEE components and Parts Management processes.

Pay Details: $29.77 per hour
