Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience
Minimum Experience
- 3+ years in a professional data analyst role, with experience in data quality and data analysis
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Experience in RDBMS (e.g., MSSQL) and client tool (SSMS), BI tool (Tableau or Power BI), and programming (T-SQL, C# or Java a plus)
- Knowledge of Statistics and experience using statistical packages (Excel, R, Python, SPSS, or SAS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess the ability to whiteboard ideas, concepts, flow, or processes
- Adept at collecting data/info, documenting, and presenting findings
- Knowledge of SAP modules is a plus
- Knowledge/understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
