3-5 years’ experience in a similar position for a high traffic website
Previous experience in managing digital channels, mobile applications and complex projects.
Proven skills in analysing data, identifying pitfalls and recommending cost-effective solutions.
Advanced knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (Drupal, Sitecore).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Analytics.
Advanced knowledge of emailing and omnichannel systems and experience launching large scale campaigns.
Revenue driven, possesses effective persuasive, negotiation, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to use a balance of technical expertise, and interpersonal relations to execute new initiatives that support company’s objectives.
Capability of understanding spanet trends and channeling them leading to effective customer care solutions.
Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against business strategy and set KPIs.
Fluent in English and other languages as per Hub requirements
