Responsibilities:
Deliver hands-on and classroom-based instruction aligned with ESRC processes to support electrical systems for Boeing 737, 747, 767, 777, and military derivatives P-8 and KC-46 Tanker.
- Deliver structured training on wire harnesses, power panels, and electrical assemblies using effective instructional techniques
- Apply adult learning principles to prepare, teach, and evaluate training modules
- Use a variety of media and formats to engage learners and improve retention
- Adapt curriculum to meet specific learning objectives and evolving production requirements
- Coordinate and schedule courses, instructors, and training facilities
- Analyze and validate training needs for new hires, recalls, and transfers
- Support off-shift training as needed to maintain schedule and production readiness
- Monitor and assess trainee progress; provide remediation or improvement plans as needed
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent: e.g., Master’s + 4 years or 10+ years experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience in electrical assembly or electronic materials
Skilled in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and detailed work instructions
Experience delivering presentations and technical instruction in a professional setting
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using reporting tools for performance tracking or documentation
100 on-site position; must be able to support off-shift training as needed
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience teaching in an adult technical training environment
In-depth knowledge of Boeing ESRC processes, BPS, and QMS
Proficiency using:
Wireshop Homepage
BAC Specifications (D6-36911)
Standard Work Instructor (SWI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
REDARS and My Learning LMS
Demonstrated ability to develop course content, instructional materials, and assess performance
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in fast-paced production environments
