$40.59-$45.10/Hour

Responsibilities:
Conduct learning needs assessments and define learning objectives for technical skill programs.
Design, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led training for mechanical assembly and related topics.
Proctor written and practical tests to validate trainee performance.
Set up and maintain system access and training environments, including workstations, tools, and software.
Provide real-time feedback, coaching, and mentoring in both classroom and production floor settings.
Track training effectiveness and make continuous improvements using performance data and feedback.
Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and precision measuring devices.
Support and enforce company safety, quality, and procedural standards in all learning activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of related experience,(or Master’s + 4 years, or 10+ years of equivalent professional experience without a degree)
2+ years of aviation or mechanical background in assembly, maintenance, or production
Experience training or instructing adult learners in a technical or manufacturing environment
Strong communication and knowledge transfer skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a structured classroom environment, and meet deadlines
Demonstrated ability to use and teach hand tool techniques and mechanical assembly practices
Excellent presentation and time management skills
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in aviation, aerospace, or DoD-regulated environments
Familiarity with technical documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing processes
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training administration tools
Leadership experience in coaching or mentoring roles
