The Global Technical Solutions (GTS) organization brings employees together across Collins Aerospace that work on Electronic Computer-Aided Design (ECAD), Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD), Technical Publications and services supporting the authoring of technical documentation.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating the Inter-Entity Work Authorization (IWA) process, which is key to instituting a One Collins approach and in facilitating Engineering work being performed across different Cost Account Segments (CAS). 

You will also be responsible for managing supplier contract agreement administrative tasks and deliverables and will be working cross functionally with different internal GTS teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.

This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.

This role is categorized as hybrid, with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager.

What YOU will do:

• Manage tracking and coordinating IWA tasks and deliverables
• Lead teams in tracking and coordinating supplier contract agreement administrative tasks and deliverables
• Collaborate with Program Engineering, Value Steam Leaders, Finance, and when required Contracts and Global Trade personnel
• Gather and manage the inputs needed to create the IWA, in accordance with the Inter-Entity Transfer Procedure (COL-FIN-PRO-0007)
• Drive and manage the IWA through the approval process. The completion of mandatory IWA CBT training will be a requirement for this role
• Lead and manage the development and maintenance of related standard work.
• Coordinate and compile reports and construct simple databases, spreadsheets, diagrams and PowerPoint presentations as required.
• Support teams managing bidding and estimation workflow

Qualifications you must have:

• Typically requires a university degree unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
• Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience working in an administrative environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Power Point and Excel
• General knowledge of Project Management
