Essential Responsibilities
Learn how to engage with internal customers and how to understand and define their requirements
Assist in translating internal customer priorities to the shop floor
Support the oversight of processes to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Turn-Around-Time (TAT) targets
Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager and Program Manager on customer induction forecasts
Help to communicate induction plans to the shop floor team
Assist in analyzing performance gaps using problem-solving approaches
Provide status updates and assist in developing recovery plans as needed
Support the Fulfillment and Program Managers in addressing work stoppages and excusable delays
Monitor customer output performance and satisfaction levels on a monthly basis
Work cross-functionally to gather and provide necessary information to meet customer requirements
Maintain daily contact with various shop levels to ensure smooth operations
Assist in preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) analysis reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering field, preferably in Mechanical, Management or Industrial Engineering
Knowledge of MS Office
Able to work in team
Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn
Good oral and written communication skills
Fluent Italian and English both oral and written
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
Desired Characteristics
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to analyze and resolve problems
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneously
