Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking a Lead Integrated Master Scheduler to support an Army Product Office at Redstone Arsenal, AL. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May 2025. The role is forecasted to be 100 onsite. Candidates may be required to complete pre-hire assessments evaluating general cognition, technical aptitude, and communication skills.
*An active DoD Secret Clearance is required*
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organizes and directs work, coordinating efforts related to design, development, and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Applies principles of project management to develop large, complex schedules
- Performs program schedule analysis including metrics, critical path, float, and schedule variances
- Builds and maintains a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and dependencies across Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources
- Monitors OEM schedule performance, analyzing weekly and monthly variances
- Utilizes Gantt charts, PERT, milestone charts, and earned value management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
- Acts as scheduling subject matter expert and mentors program staff on scheduling best practices
- Understands and utilizes enterprise-level scheduling software tools
- Proposes process improvements to enhance integrated scheduling capabilities
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools
- Proficiency with earned value management principles and schedule analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling methodologies
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience
- 12 or more years of experience in schedule management for DoD projects
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense acquisition programs
Education
- The minimum level of education required is: Bachelors Degree
Clearance
- Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $105000 to $125000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
