PROJECT SCHEDULER
Location: Barrow-In-Furness
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Travel Requirements: Minimal
Perm FTC 2 Years / Up to 45k per annum + extra 650 per month if live out of area

Our client is seeking a capable and motivated IPT Scheduler to support the delivery of complex, long-term defence programmes. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, integrated project and programme schedules

Collaborate with Programme Managers and internal departments to align timelines, activities, and deliverables

Maintain and control schedule baselines, tracking progress against key milestones

Analyse schedule performance and proactively identify potential delays or issues

Provide clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations

Support schedule integration across interdependent projects

Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts, constraints, and assumptions
Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler in a complex project environment

Experience in a manufacturing or engineering business preferred

Proficiency in MS Project or similar scheduling tools

Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP) desirable

Minimum A-level education; a degree is preferred

Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and stakeholder groups
