Job overview and responsibilities
Our Digital Operations Center is constantly working to enhance the experience of our customers across our Digital Channels, based on data-driven analytics and timely and accurate reports. In order to do so, we rely on a great team of highly skilled Analysts that work hand-in-hand with business units across the organization in a fast-paced environment to provide them with actionable business intelligence to be used in making our Digital Channel offerings even more robust and reliable.
- Produce dashboards for technical teams to monitor success and error rates across multiple customer-facing applications
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on system performance and user engagement
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
- Analyze user experience data to improve the reliability of our digital channels
- Support resolution efforts during system outages and participate in root-cause analysis workshops
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to different business units across the organization to support decision making on improvements to our customers digital experience
