Primary Job Duties
- Prepare and audit invoices for accuracy. Obtain proper account coding and contact information
- Process invoice payments via check, card, and wire by entering in the receivables systems and correctly applying the payments
- Coordinate and manage installment plans and payments
- Research, report, and collaborate with 3rd-party collection agency
- Communicate with internal and external contacts via mail, phone, and e-mail to provide timely resolutions to invoice disputes and discrepancies
- Incorporate procedural and system changes in order to process transactions according to the latest procedures policy
- Perform additional duties deemed appropriate by management
