Contract Position
Pay Estimated: $58.71-$63.71/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring teams to understand ongoing talent needs and define sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
Leverage AI-driven tools, job boards, and professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, clearance-specific databases) to identify and engage top talent.
Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy, from spanet research to outreach execution.
Develop and manage targeted job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Execute Boolean, X-ray, and deep keyword search tactics to build robust talent pipelines.
Design and implement outreach campaigns via email, social media, and CRM tools.
Conduct initial candidate screenings, qualifying applicants and driving engagement.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment and pipeline effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of sourcing experience, or Master’s degree with 6+ years.
Demonstrated expertise in Boolean, X-ray, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Proven experience using AI platforms and data-driven sourcing strategies.
Direct sourcing experience in government contracting environments.
Deep knowledge of security clearance levels: Secret, Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI, TS/SCI w/Polygraph.
Prior work in candidate relationship management (CRM) systems.
Strong background in project management and customer-focused recruiting delivery.
