Detailed Job Description: Supplier Support Administrative Assistant
Seeking an administrative assistant to support the Supplier Support team. Qualifications include:
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with data entry a plus
- Experience with timekeeping a plus
- Demonstrates good problem-solving skills
- Detail Oriented
Tasks include but are not limited to:
Adding tasks to payroll system
Creating SharePoint entries
Gathering deliverable information for account accesses
Running status reports and comparing data for accuracy
Taking notes on project progress
