Pay Estimated: $27.17-$32.17/Hour

Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management to manage configuration change processes and ensure accurate documentation.
Implement and maintain an Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system covering development, production, and product lifecycle support.
Review design release documentation for completeness and authorization to ensure proper configuration identification.
Support and facilitate Change Control Boards (CCBs), adjudicate comments, and drive decision-making processes.
Conduct configuration and data audits, ensuring compliance with DoD and industry standards.
Manage multiple baselines including product and allocated baselines across hardware and software projects.
Assess and improve configuration management policies, procedures, and services.
Ensure timely processing of change requests while meeting compliance and traceability requirements.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
Experience executing a configuration/change management process in both development and production environments.
Strong understanding of DoD and industry Configuration Management standards and lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with configuration audits and documentation control.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira, and Product Data Management (PDM) tools.
Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Prefrred Qualifications:
Experience managing hardware and software configuration for defense or aerospace programs.
Familiarity with Agile, MIL-STD-973, EIA-649, or similar standards.
Ability to coordinate and influence across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
