Our Learning Team – Instructional Design
As a graduate in the instructional design team, you will use your skills in XR (VR, AR, 360° video) to develop and implement innovative learning solutions. You will develop a range of learning assets, including digital learning, assessment content, apps and experiences using the latest instructional tools to improve the learner experience and the target capability outcomes for the business.
A little more about you
- A tertiary qualification in Design, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- You are completing your studies by the end of 2025 or have completed 18 months prior.
- Passion and curiosity that is being explored through project work. Are you building 3D assets, experimenting with AR, or pushing the boundaries of storytelling in 360° video? We want to see how you bring ideas to life in XR.
- Preferred skills and experience:
- Experience in creating XR game experiences or learning solutions.
- Intermediate skills in XR design tools and technologies (Blender, Maya, Unity)
- Intermediate level Adobe Design Suite skills - Photoshop, Illustrator, Aftereffects, Premiere, Dreamweaver etc.
- Strong design skills and a human-centred design approach.
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment and enjoy working on ambiguous and fuzzy problems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.

We want to make sure you feel comfortable with your decision, so you’ll have a final kōrero with your potential leader, to learn more about what your day-to-day will be like.
