Tasks
- Act as a logistical single point of contact, organizing and monitoring inbound and outbound shipmentsProvide ad hoc transport management for urgent shipments outside of the scope of the regular supply chain networkAccrue transportation costs, issue invoices and provide cost reportsPartake in continuous improvement workshops
- Maintain regular contact with all partners, ensuring up-to-date information in the global logistics network
- Support the implementation and stabilization of new projects / processes
- Reflect on and provide alternatives to recurring issues within the supply chain
- Assign shipments to designated carriers / agents and ensure pick up• Monitor shipment progress, handle exceptions during transportation and inform all affected parties in the supply chain

Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Logistics, or relevant job experience
- lndependent use of English, written and spoken
- Analytical, problem solving and prioritization skills
- Resilient towards professional pressure, willing to work on a fixed roster (earliest since 07:00 & latest until 20:30) and Bulgarian holidays
- Courteous, adaptive to a multi-cultural environment, committed to team results
- Computer literacy; good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience in road or air freight; in-depth knowledge of the international logistics spanet
