What You’ll DoAs an Equipment & Tool Engineer, your work will ensure smooth, safe, and effective production operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Evaluating program and project requirements and developing advanced equipment concepts and solutions for the production system.
Compiling and analyzing technical data to assess effects on design, usability, and production rates.
Ensuring compliance with safety, producibility, reliability, ergonomics, and regulatory standards.
Developing and releasing bid and purchase specifications for equipment from suppliers.
Troubleshooting production issues related to safety, quality, and repeatability.
Developing work-arounds while maintaining hardware and documentation configuration.
Conducting studies and making recommendations for asset disposition and optimization.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry (ABET accreditation preferred but not required).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of diverse manufacturing techniques.
Experience in automation and robotics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $35.28 to $42.00 per hour
