Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing and improving the production process to manufacture the product efficiently while adhering to the metrics defined by Parker. 

Responsibilities

• • Production support through continuous improvement in main activities. 

• • Create/Update work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes. 

• • Monitor assigned area metrics. 

• • Coordinate engineering evaluations. 

• • Improvement in production processes. 

• • Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos. 

• • Maintain route card updates. 

• • Follow-up on rejections and process problems. 

• • Comply with the requirements applicable to our environmental and quality systems. 

• • Promoter of an HPT work culture. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline. Experience: 1 year of experience in quality / production environments. English level: Intermediate - Advanced English Qualifications

• • Measurement tools 

• • Knowledge of rubber characteristics and processing (Desirable) 

• • Problem resolution (desirable) 

• • Compression molding (Desirable) 

• • Rubber extrusion (Desirable) 

• • Basic knowledge in Minitab.
