The Boeing Company seeks a Product Security Engineer – Red Team Operations to support the Enterprise Product Security Engineering - Aerospace Red Team. The position will be located in Seattle, WA; Cheyenne WY; El Segundo, CA; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Mesa, AZ; or San Antonio, TX.
The successful candidate will be joining a growing BT&E Product Security Engineering Capability responsible for the cyber test and evaluation of enterprise-wide products and services. The candidate will be a key member working with Product Security Engineers from across the Boeing Enterprise, jointly developing best practices, techniques and tools, to enable the delivery of secure and resilient products and services.
BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior and Lead level Product Security Engineers.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities Include:
- Lead the planning and development of RF cyber test capability to include tracking and providing project status against planned milestones
- Update and mature red team program execution plans and red team campaign plans
- Design and drive the development of new tactics, techniques and procedures
- Represent Red Team in engagements with Boeing, government, suppliers and customer leadership.
- Develop and mature enterprise Cyber T&E best practices and solutions
- Participate in enterprise-wide security assessments to include risk, vulnerability and penetration tests
- Support incident response activities
- Mentor and guide product security engineers in domain of expertise
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience managing or leading people or teams
- 5+ years of experience briefing customers and leadership
- 5+ years of full-time aerospace industry experience with Flight Controls, Flight Controls software, or Mechanical/Hydraulic Systems
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Pilot
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Radio Frequency functional testing
- Experience authoring processes and procedures

Summary pay range for senior level: $127,500 – $197,800
Summary pay range for lead level: $152,150 - $238,050
