In this role, you will:

Maintain compliance to all aspects of Safety.
Test, Troubleshoot, Disposition, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action on Classified & Unclassified deliverable and undeliverable units on a required and as needed basis
Create, maintain and improve work instructions (e.g., test plans, OSOPs)
Collaborate with other Process Owners to meet test process efficiency and compliance goals collectively
Comply with audits
Play an active role in assisting the team to meet quality objectives
Take part in quality investigations, including RCCA and 7-Steps, as determined by the QCE
Provide direct feedback to build and design processes
Define and troubleshoot tooling
Eliminate bottlenecks
Increase utilization of test equipment
Reduce inventory and maximize turnaround time
Take part in ongoing collaboration regarding best practices and strategies
Identify and communicate training needs and skills gaps in the teams, carrying out training and coaching as necessary

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

Job Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or other Engineering Field
Collaborate with other teams
Work independently with little supervision
Execute to project milestones
Effectively communicate to peers, supervisors and leaders

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Active Secret Security Clearance
2 years related work experience.
Root Cause Corrective Action
Read and interpret drawings
Troubleshoot to component failures

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
