Job Summary

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications. This senior role requires deep expertise in modern frontend and backend frameworks, application architecture, and automation, combined with proven leadership in SAFe Agile environments. The ideal candidate drives technical excellence, mentors engineers, and collaborates across product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver impactful, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development: Design, develop, and optimize scalable server-side applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), ensuring security, performance, and maintainability.
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support enterprise applications and integrations.
• Frontend Development: Develop responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue with TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Application Architecture: Define and oversee application architectures that align with scalability, reliability, and business goals.
• SAFe Implementation: Champion and implement SAFe Agile practices to foster cross-team collaboration and delivery efficiency.
• Automation & DevOps: Drive automation in CI/CD, testing, and deployment pipelines to streamline delivery.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior and mid-level engineers, conduct rigorous code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Security & Compliance: Apply secure coding, authentication, and authorization standards.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously improve application performance, maintainability, and reliability using modern engineering techniques.

Requirements, Skills and Qualification

Experience:

• 7+ years of professional experience in full stack development of enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong backend expertise in Python with FastAPI, Django, and Flask.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue) using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Proven success working within SAFe Agile environments.
• Leadership experience mentoring developers and reviewing complex codebases.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Python development with FastAPI, Django REST Framework, and Flask.
• Strong knowledge of API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines, automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Solid foundation in application security, performance tuning, and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ownership-driven, able to balance hands-on development with strategic leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevSecOps, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ownership mindset with ability to balance hands-on development and technical leadership.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent
