Overview:
We are looking for individuals with a thorough understanding and hands-on experience in various Boeing 787 systems, including CACTCS, PECS, ICS, NGS, and Aircraft Wheels & Brakes. The ideal candidate should be able to analyze data from these systems, identify issues, and provide prognostic maintenance recommendations to airlines.

Title: Senior Lead Engineer - Systems Specialist

Educational Qualification: B.E/B Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Boeing 787 systems and Power BI

Job Description:

This role entails the individual studying various data received from the aircraft & airlines, analyzing it and sending prognostic maintenance recommendations to the airlines, along with building Power Bi dashboards & custom Python notebooks.

• Mechanical / Aeronautical engineer with 7-9 yrs experience of working on Boeing 787 systems.
• Should have indepth knowledge of Boeing 787 CACTCS, NGS, PECS, ICS, VFSG systems.
• Preferably more hands-on in troubleshooting field issues faced by the airlines around the B787 systems as per the appropriate AMMs & FIMs.
• Should be knowledgeable around the aircraft maintenance procedures.
• Should be able to understand the raw signals data, fault messages data, airlines maintenance data & troubleshoot the problem.
• Knowledge on PowerBI & Python will be a huge advantage.
• Should have excellent communications skills & the ability to handle queries from airlines.
