Engineer the Future of AerospacePDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Structural Analysis Engineer to support critical aerospace programs from one of the most advanced design hubs in the country—the Philadelphia Design Center (PDC). This is a unique opportunity to contribute to iconic programs including the 787 Dreamliner, Air Force One, F-18, Starliner, and Space Launch Systems. Your work will directly impact the safety, performance, and evolution of next-generation aircraft and spacecraft.
What Youll Be DoingPerform foundational structural analysis using classical methods and finite element tools to assess performance, durability, and compliance.
Support test execution, analyze results, and document findings to verify that structural components meet program and regulatory requirements.
Define and report certification and validation outcomes for both internal teams and external regulatory bodies.
Participate in investigations of in-service product failures and assist in proposing improvement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure accurate substantiation and documentation of designs.
Work Schedule & FlexibilityMonday to Friday First Shift Options: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
On-Site Requirement: Minimum 3 days on site per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays)
Optional 9x80 Schedule: Enjoy every other Friday off while staying fully engaged with project milestones.
What You Bring to the TableRequired Qualifications:
Proven structural analysis experience including classical and finite element methods
Familiarity with industry-standard analysis tools and reporting practices
Ability to work under general supervision and collaborate across engineering disciplines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with aerospace structural analysis
Familiarity with specific tools, systems, and processes
Prior experience supporting major aerospace platforms or government programs

Pay Details: $61.81 to $71.50 per hour
