Role PurposePerform comprehensive financial and business analysis via financial statements
Key Accountabilities- Provide strategy input towards building practical and actionable financial strategy for daily operations
- Perform high level financial analysis to identify performance trends and forecast targets
- Produce monthly management reporting to reflect the business performance of the Division
- Ensure internal and external audit compliance and close gaps on audit findings within the specified time frame
- Continuous learning culture within department to improve knowledge and work competencies
Qualification & Working Experiences- Degree in Accounting/Finance and or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA etc) with 1-3 years working experience in in Accounting/Finance or in the related field
Skills & Knowledge- Leadership - Ability to persuade and advise Business Unit in finance related matters
- Technical - Possess strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices and internal policy, well versed with ERP and other business/ accounting tools including presentation tools(Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
- Managerial - Possess management skills to communicate and resolve issues
- Industry knowledge - Highly prefer airline industry or related knowledge
