SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must have the ability to read, understand, and apply trade or administrative guides such as technical manuals, technical orders, standard repairs, blueprints, wiring, diagrams, sketches, and other related documentation.
- Expertise with Garmin, Harris, Howell, L-3, Moog, and Wescam avionics components
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- The ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.
- Access to Export Control Information.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must be a US Citizen or a US Lawful Permanent Resident
- Be available for assignment to OCONUS sites for extended deployment periods.
- Must possess a passport book (not a passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least four blank visa/stamp pages remaining
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; and appropriate EASA/ICAO or FAA License/ Certification.
- Eight (8) years’ experience on MD 530F variant aircraft electronics installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Verifiable certificates/education should be noted on the resume.
