We are seeking an experienced Sr. Aircraft Fuel Cell Mechanic to support maintenance, inspection, and repair of T-38 and T-6 aircraft fuel systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft fuel systems, bladders, lines, and components.
• Perform leak detection, bladder removal/replacement, and structural sealing.
• Interpret and apply technical orders, drawings, and maintenance manuals.
• Ensure compliance with confined space, HAZMAT, and safety procedures.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs., working at heights, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required for flight line access.
• Strong attention to detail, safety focus, and teamwork skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal aircraft maintenance training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of aircraft fuel system maintenance experience (T-38/T-6 experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical publications and schematics.
• Must pass physical exam, qualify for respirator use, and be able to enter confined spaces.
