Assistant Manager Security – AO&CS

Focus:

Manage Safe & secure operation in accordance with security program & applicable procedures.

Functional Responsibility:

• Maintain standards in the shift
• Ensure effective threat assessment & response capability
• Achieve department goals & follow up
• Advice staff on department goals with regular updates in your shift
• Maintain performance standards & follow up with your shift
• Monitor Continuously the quality system and the level of conformance
• Initiate & implement corrective actions to secure quality levels
• Optimize resource
• Ensure that staff in your shift is fully aware of Emergency Response Procedures, rules & regulations.
• Ensure that staff acquire and maintain necessary skills
• Establish, maintain, develop work procedures with the department
• Carry out development dialogue with the Team Members
• Liaise with government agencies and other security related departments
• Control theft & pilferage of Company property

Administrative responsibilities:

• To give inputs to prepare and control security budget
• Give inputs for training requirements
• Updating of manuals and local procedures
• Ensure competent and qualifies work force are detailed for duty
• Verify invoices
• Personnel development and management
