Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Description

The Customer Service Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers, managing customer work scopes, work order creation, and modifications. The role involves limited sales and marketing with current and potential new customers. Collaborating closely with quality, maintenance, and engineering departments, the manager is tasked with improving and building customer relationships while promoting the companys capabilities and services.

MRO Experience highly preferred. A&P License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work scopes align with FAA 145 Repair Station capabilities and engine inductions are properly set.
• Review special or new work scopes for capability, parts, tools, AD/SB research, and technical data requirements.
• Accurately track the cost of work orders and turnaround time.
• Meet or exceed customer requirements and expectations.
• Maintain constant communication between customers and operations.
• Manage engines from contract initiation to closeout.
• Collaborate closely with materials, logistics, accounting, technicians, and management.
• Review invoices and create necessary sales, purchase, and repair orders.
• Ensure profitability on work orders.
• Run frequent status reports, including weekly and monthly updates.

Essential Skills

• 4-year degree or equivalent MRO experience in Aviation.
• FAA Airframe and Power Plant Certificate (A&P) desired.
• Proficiency in MRO Software (Quantum Control, SAP, etc.).
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe DC and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.

The work environment is a large warehouse and engine storage facility, providing a professional setting equipped with the necessary technologies and equipment for efficient operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carrollton, TX.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
