This position contributes to our vision by:
tActing as a change leader to translate business needs into scalable business solutions
tDeveloping and executing US sites digital transformation roadmap in alignment with business strategy, operational excellence goals, and corporate digital standards
tIdentifying and prioritizing digital opportunities that improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and safety
tManaging digital transformation projects using formal project management practices, including business case development, scope definition, schedules, budgets, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication
tCollaborating with IS and corporate teams on system architecture, cybersecurity, and access controls and ensuring adherence to company policies related to cybersecurity, data protection, and internal controls
tEnsuring delivery of measurable business benefits and return on investment
tPartnering with manufacturing, industrial engineering, quality, supply chain, Division level digital transformation, industrialization, and IS teams to digitize and optimize shop floor and support processes
tBuilding digital capability and awareness across the organization
tEnsuring compliance with aerospace regulatory requirements (e.g., AS9100, FAA/EASA, customer requirements)

Job Requirements:

At Safran Electrical & Power, we value service-oriented team players who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic, innovative environment.

•\tRequires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science or related fields
•\tRequires at least 5 years experience in digital transformation, manufacturing operations, engineering, process improvement, or project management and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
•\tPrefers Green Belt or Black Belt certification and experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries
•\tRequires an expert understanding of automation, data analytics, and digital manufacturing concepts
•\tRequires advanced experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence frameworks, familiarity with aerospace regulatory and quality requirements, and strong project management and communication skills
•\tMay require up to 30% travel
