What You’ll Own and Lead
Full responsibility for all maintenance operations and equipment within our state-of-the-art Perris facility.
Oversight of advanced automation and sortation systems that keep our operation moving at high speed.
Hands-on leadership of Intelligrated and Dematic conveyor systems, ensuring exceptional uptime and reliability.
24/7 site responsibility, with a primary 1st-shift schedule — flexibility for occasional nights/weekends as needed during critical events.

35 Maintenance Technicians
6 Supervisors
9 Utility Team Members
— nearly 50 total professionals relying on you for direction, mentorship, and vision.
You’ll establish standards, elevate performance, and build a culture where safety, efficiency, and problem-solving thrive.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Proven maintenance leadership experience within large-scale retail or supply chain distribution centers.
Backgrounds from high-caliber environments like Target Distribution Centers (Sr. Manager, Operations – Engineering & Facilities) are especially valued.
Exceptional communication skills — clear, direct, and inspiring, with the ability to rally teams and collaborate across departments.
Pay Details: $135,000.00 to $145,000.00 per year
