ABOUT THE JOB 

• Lead accounting and control activities in Italy, managing technical topics including statutory accounts, tax, and legal matters
• Ensure accurate and reliable performance recording, providing high-integrity actuals to stakeholders
• Manage monthly/quarterly reporting tasks, including Hyperion (HFM) activity
• Oversee entity-level P&L actuals integrity, balance sheet management, and accounting cash flow requirements
• Spearhead forecasting and budgeting processes, driving financial planning and analysis
• Maintain local internal control (COSO) documentation and evidence preparation
• Lead and inspire your team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Controlling, Audit, or relevant finance field (Masters degree is a plus)
• 5+ years post-qualified experience in finance, preferably in a managerial position within a global, multi-entity organization
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality business partnering and navigating ambiguity in complex environments
• Strong profit orientation with the ability to design financial and operational performance measurement systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in IT systems and data analytics (Hyperion/HFM knowledge is valued)
• Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written
