This role is part of our IMT Department, a global team committed to delivering innovative technology solutions and driving digital transformation to support business growth and operational excellence.
As the IT Practice Lead, you should ensure the successful definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology practices across the organization, meeting the highest standards of governance, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
You will be responsible for leading the community of practice, establishing frameworks and standards, and enabling high-performing teams through modern engineering approaches such as automation, CI/CD, and best-in-class methodologies.
With your expertise, skills, and leadership in technology practices, you will foster collaboration, drive innovation, and create an environment that accelerates delivery and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities- Define and continuously evolve the DevOps framework, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
- Build and lead a community of practice to drive adoption and maturity of DevOps principles, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Align DevOps practices with IT governance, security, and compliance requirements to maintain enterprise standards and risk control.
- Oversee implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and container orchestration to enable efficient and reliable delivery.
- Promote DevSecOps by integrating security into the development lifecycle, ensuring secure coding and deployment practices.
- Evaluate and recommend tools for automation, monitoring, and observability to enhance system performance and operational visibility.
- Collaborate with platform teams, application teams, and business stakeholders to ensure DevOps practices meet business objectives and deliver value.
- Act as a trusted advisor for engineering teams on DevOps methodologies and tooling, providing guidance and best practices.
- Mentor and coach engineers, project managers, and practice champions while driving capability uplift programs and training initiatives for DevOps adoption.
- Monitor practice performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep practices current.
Requirements- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT, including at least 4 years in a leadership role focused on DevOps practices.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, container platforms like Kubernetes and OpenShift, and cloud services including AWS and Azure.
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps tools (e.g., GitHub Advanced Security, Seeker) and infrastructure automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
- Professional certifications in DevOps, Agile, or Cloud are highly preferred.
