Key Responsibilities: Manage NDC distribution channels for IndiGo
Identify whitespaces in the distribution network and build strategy to expand reach by leveraging the NDC
Closely work internal and external stakeholder to develop the product and feature roadmap for NDC distribution channels, working with leadership to define priorities based on cost-benefit analysis and ROI.
Strengthen and expand the global distribution network by partnering with global GDS’s OTAs, and content aggregators, while strictly controlling distribution costs.
Stay updated on industry innovations and trends, working with internal stakeholders to implement such methods across all channels to complement distribution.
Work on implementing industry standard payment methods like BSP/ARC and other payment initiatives to facilitate seamless cross border payments across various channels.
Lead cross-functional teams on projects to ensure seamless distribution and sale of IndiGo fares and ancillaries across all channels.
Analyze data on product and channel mix to devise strategies that optimize the desired product and channel mix.
Manage team resources and ensure optimal output.
Desired Candidate Profile:Educational Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate Industry Preference: Airlines, OTA, GDS, E-Commerce, Hospitality Years of Experience: 8-10 years. Nature of Experience: Prior experience in Airlines/GDS preferred
