Primary Job Duties
- Primary liaison for clients and vendors to coordinate and assure service quality and delivery.
- Close collaboration with Managing Director and Sales team to coordinate fulfillment of customer and interdepartmental requirements
- Close collaboration with Director of Operations to assure compliance with operational and support requirements
- In cooperation with OCC, provide supervision, direction and support for Charter Coordinators
- General client relations activities including researching service difficulty issues and dispute resolution
- Coordinate schedules and operational support requirements to ensure smooth operations
- Cross-departmental coordination with OCC, Maintenance, Crew support and Operations teams to accurately coordinate daily operations.
- Monitor daily charter activities and efficiently manage changes to ensure compliance and quality assurance
- Maintain charter records and reports with high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain positive and professional business partner relations
- Oversee and track airport operations support requirements including but not limited to FBO ground support services
- Promote safety, SMS, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and communication
- Conduct daily briefing with OO operations team, as directed
- Additional duties as assigned
