None/Not RequiredThe Manager, Supply Chain – NPI will oversee a team of NPI Supply Chain professionals in support of the Cabin Integration program. This role will be responsible for sourcing components for the Cabin Integration (CI) business unit while driving supply chain cost optimization initiatives for the CI business located in Everett, Washington. In this position, you will work closely with Commodity, Contracts, and Engineering teams to align business needs with supplier strategies, support negotiations to achieve material cost targets, and contribute to cost improvement projects for the Cabin Integration team.
This role is eligible for relocation.

The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
