This role is part of our IMT Department, a global team committed to delivering innovative technology solutions and driving digital transformation to support business growth and operational excellence.

As the Programme Manager, you should ensure the successful delivery of programmes comprising multiple projects under IT Platforms, meeting the highest standards of governance, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

You will be responsible for planning and overseeing programmes to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget, while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

With your expertise, skills, and leadership in programme and people management, you will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.

This role offers exposure to enterprise-level initiatives and a structured career progression plan within IMT, enabling you to make a significant impact on the organization’s digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee programmes comprising multiple projects under IT Platforms. Manage large-scale initiatives, define roadmaps, and ensure smooth coordination across workstreams.
  • Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget. Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks to meet deadlines and financial targets.
  • Establish governance, reporting, and risk management processes. Set up governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies for transparency and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. Provide direction, set expectations, and empower your team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support. Help team members grow through feedback, training, and career progression opportunities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and manage resource allocation across projects. Evaluate contributions and strategically allocate resources to optimize delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Promote open communication and create an environment where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders to define programme objectives and success metrics. Align goals with business priorities and ensure clarity on success measures.
  • Manage programme budgets, resource planning, and vendor relationships. Oversee financial planning, track expenditures, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology innovation within programme scope. Drive continuous improvement and adopt new tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience within IT, including at least 3 years in a programme management role overseeing platform-related projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex programmes within IT or technology domains.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in people management and team development.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and their practical application.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, MSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
