Description:You will be a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Crisis Management Coordinator for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, supporting the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) program. Our team is responsible for overseeing all security efforts for the SOF GLSS program, including multiple facility locations and classified programs, and were looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our ranks.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Crisis Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Security Manager with oversight of all security efforts for the SOF GLSS program, driving security strategy and process, and maintaining strong communication channels with overall MFC Security leadership. You will work closely with our team to provide oversight and management of multiple direct reporting employees, oversee a contract guard force, and plan and manage securitys annual budget.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Assist the Senior Security Manager with oversight of all security efforts for the SOF GLSS program
• Drive security strategy and process throughout the SOF GLSS program
• Maintain strong communication channels with overall MFC Security leadership
• Provide oversight and management of multiple direct reporting employees, including performance management and career development
• Oversee a contract guard force and plan and manage securitys annual budget
• Coordinate and approve sub-contractor invoices
• Provide oversight of the national industrial security program, classified cyber security, open storage areas, SCIFs, visitor reception, classification management, contract security specification administration, COMSEC operations, security education and awareness, investigations, asset protection, access control, UL alarm systems, CCTV systems, and supervision of a contract security guard force
• Ensure compliance with company and government security regulations and formulate security policy and procedures
• Address and solve security problems with all levels of employees and customer representatives
• Lead crisis management planning and execution for the site, working with MFCs Crisis Management Coordinators
• Lead Antiterrorism/Force Protection initiatives and serve as a liaison with local law enforcement and counter-intelligence officials
• Respond to time-critical requirements and prioritize/set realistic goals that meet business objectives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be FSO certified or the have ability to obtain certification upon employment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate industrial security protocol.
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Office 365 products.
- Ability to multi-task and use time management effectively.
- Understanding of OPSEC program requirements.
- Must possess a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills.
Desired Skills:
- Previous FSO/security management experience.
- Previous crisis management experience.
- Lockheed Martin Security experience beneficial.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
