- Excellent oral and written communications skills, be goal-oriented, data driven, with strong sense of urgency.
- Proven success in leading team through a continuous improvement environment.
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business, Aeronautics or Aviation
- Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered
- Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related work experience
- A&P License required
- Some travel is required (20%)
