Job Description

As a Print Shop Helper, you will be an integral part of the production team, assisting in various tasks related to the printing process. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to learn and contribute to operational improvements within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and withdraw materials necessary for production.
• Set up and operate the print machine efficiently.
• Stack completed sheets as they come off the production line.
• Make and attach dog ears to assist in further processing of the hobes.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Perform quality control and housekeeping activities.
• Conduct routine tasks as directed with minimal supervision.
• Participate actively in operational improvement activities.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work as a team member.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operation certification may be required.

Work Environment

This role is situated in a print production facility where you will be working closely with the print machines and other equipment. The environment is fast-paced and requires adherence to safety protocols. Employees are expected to dress appropriately for a production setting and engage in collaborative team efforts.

This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, WA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
