PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our partner, a leading name in the aerospace industry. In this role, you will apply advanced machining skills to produce precision components critical to aerospace technology. Your expertise in CNC milling, precision measurement, and blueprint interpretation will directly impact the performance and safety of world-class aircraft.
Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time; Consultant (3 Months)
Location: Medley, FL 33178
Schedule: Monday–Friday, First Shift (7 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
What You’ll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will:
Set up and operate 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Apply safety standards in machining operations and environments.
Demonstrate knowledge of CNC programming (G-code and conversational programming).
Perform complex machining with multi-axis techniques.
Conduct precision measurements using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
Inspect parts and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for quality assurance.
Interpret shop prints using GD&T principles.
Navigate CAD software and apply CAM fundamentals for toolpath creation and simulation.
Document results and communicate effectively with the team.
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC milling and turning centers.
Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes.
Strong knowledge of precision measurement tools and tolerances.
Ability to interpret technical blueprints and GD&T standards.

- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multi-axis machining and advanced tool setups.
Exposure to CAD/CAM systems for design and simulation.
Background in aerospace or other precision manufacturing environments.

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
