PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, loading, and monitoring furnace operations to ensure the production of high-quality components. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and load key components into industrial furnaces
- Monitor furnace performance and make real-time adjustments
- Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area
- Participate in safety, quality, and productivity initiatives
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous machining experience
- Strong technical skills and ability to operate machinery
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
