Job Description:

•tNew products Industrialization
tManufacturing technical assessment with process & quality engineers to analyze the industrial feasibility
tConcurrent engineering with design engineering, production & quality
tRisk assessment and mitigation action implementation
tIndustrialization schedule creation and control
tTechnical data creation (machining process 3D model, machining working instruction, inspection plan )
tNew product proving out test
tNPI document preparation and review
tTechnical support to achieve production ramp up

•tManufacturing cost and waste reduction
tManufacturing layout & process optimization
tTooling & fixture optimization
tPropose design change to improve manufacturability
tSupport lead time reduction
tOptimize inspection characters
tSelf-inspection and sampling inspection
tImprove quality and reduce rework

•tProduction issue support
tSupport QRQC, 8D, disposition of non-conforming products and rework process
tPrepare SOP, semi-finish drawing & product routing

•tManufacturing Change Implementation
•tIntroduce new technologies like new tools, new methodology
•tWork closely with relative departments for implementing drawing modification
•tLead/support the projects of Green Belt, Kaizen
•tSupport supply chain development

Job Requirements:

Education\t
-Bachelor and above
Experience\t
-Above 3 years at manufacturing industrialization
Language\t
-Fluent oral & written English
Computer\t
-3D software skill is required; CATIA/NC Programming & Simulation is preferred.
-Microsoft software skill (Excel, word and PPT)
Technical Skill\t
•\tHave the experience or support new product introduction and new process introduction.
•\tCommunicate with Designer about product design and improvement.
•\tBuild process in Quality and the reduction in quality escapes, Cost of Rework.
•\tHave machining skills, special process knowledge is plus
•\tBe familiar with ERP
•\tUnderstand the new production introduction
•\tQuality and cost orientation
