In this vital role, you’ll help keep production running smoothly by managing large-scale employee labor data and maintaining critical aircraft documentation. Key Responsibilities & ContributionsAdhere to BRAS General Work Requirements and all applicable Environmental Health and Safety policies, including Safety Manual Section 1225.
Accurately collate, log, file, and retrieve area forms, aircraft build records, and departmental documentation.
Maintain both active and archived files for aircraft processed through the facility.
Perform accurate and timely data entry of discrepancies and corrective actions on aircraft word cards.
Conduct record searches across internal databases to support departments, vendors, and multi-site investigations.
Enter employee timecards and job labor into the system as required.
Maintain key operational records such as aircraft arrival/departure boards, tally sheets, tooling work cards, sign-out logs, and MRP notebooks.
Assist shift supervisors and crew chiefs with dock setup and daily work assignment coordination.
Prepare and deliver final work packages for internal teams and customers.
Maintain the Quality Control library and ensure accessibility of current manuals and process files.
Maintain electronic schedules of tool calibration records to support compliance and readiness.
Support the preparation of operations cards as needed.
Activate new hires in AutoTime and audit data entry updates for accuracy; verify employee classifications in BTALENT and escalate discrepancies to HR.
Update AutoTime PTO banks to align with official payroll records.
Audit timecard approvals, notify supervisors of missing entries, and monitor PTO banks for negative balances.
Review Group Member Pay Policy tabs to identify and correct system errors that may impact labor accuracy.
Manage five annual payroll audits and multiple timecard approval audits, submitting documentation as required to auditors and the AutoTime Network Manager.
Manage end-of-year PTO bank setup in AutoTime, including holiday registrations and personal holiday bank configurations per company guidelines.
Provide ongoing support to employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate weekly timecard submissions—minimizing off-cycle checks, payroll corrections, and invoicing errors.
QualificationsRequired:
Minimum of 3 years of general office experience, preferably in a manufacturing or aviation setting.
Proficiency in data entry and document management systems.
Typing speed of 40+ WPM with a minimum of 90 accuracy.
Experience with AutoTime or similar labor/time tracking systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of data (1,000+ employee records).
Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other database/spreadsheet tools.
Preferred:
Experience supporting production, shop floor, or operations teams.
Familiarity with labor audits, payroll policies, and timekeeping compliance.
Knowledge of HR systems and employee classification best practices.

Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
