Job Description:
A vacancy for A/C0 Simulator Functional Coordination for integration of Aircraft Simulations has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe. In support of Laboratory Testing campaigns, ensure that Lab Test Means are configured for the test according to the necessary hardware, software, simulation models, contributing Systems and additional tools that usually are specified in the Lab Test Report (LTR), and ensuring that all measuring equipment used are adequate for the test and are appropriately calibrated.
Tasks & accountabilities- Integrate the simulations and manage logistics associated to support to A/C0 Simulator Campaigns.
- Support the stakeholders of test means in their tasks by preparation of the test mean simulations for different system, sub-system, equipment, component or module validation and verification level activities, maintaining the simulations configuration in the dedicated ARTEMIS configuration management tool, performing required debug and analysis activities of simulations for A/C0 test mean, performing failure investigations and problems solving of Simulations Under Test (SUT).
- Ensure the safe integration in Airbus tools for the continuous operation of the A/C0 test mean and tools by applying and respecting applicable Airbus standards.
- Problems troubleshooting Management of simulators&39; configuration Management of software and hardware evolutions.
Required skills
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Educated to degree level in Engineering.
- Experience level: more than 1 year using ARTEMIS and Simulator Function Coordination
- English Profesional Level required.
The candidate will work in a multinational and multicultural team requiring communication skills, negotiation capabilities and continuous followup of deliveries from models suppliers in different countries.
